Ming is passionate about unleashing a different kind of leadership in the biotech industry to improve the health and wellbeing of humankind.

Over the past 25 years, Ming has helped various companies develop their highly innovative drugs. She has witnessed firsthand how interpersonal team dynamics frequently derail the development of promising drugs at the expense of patients and companies. 

Being followed home one evening, made Ming realise the power of harnessing instinct and intuition with pure presence and rationality. In an industry dominated by logic and control, this radical approach is what enables her to excel when helping new rapidly evolving biotech start-ups navigate uncertainty and complexity. While also challenging the typical status quo and jointly upholding the basic universal right to human health.

Ming now exclusively works with innovative purpose-led biotech start-ups through her regulatory consulting and leadership coaching company, Smarter Biotech Solutions. She enables them to start off on the right trajectory by taking an integrated approach covering regulatory strategy, interpersonal team dynamics and organisational alignment.
